About the role
Penspen is launching a strategic initiative to grow the UAE’s national talent pool. We are looking for recent mechanical engineering graduates to join our Abu Dhabi office and support the engineering team on a variety of oil‑and‑gas projects.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the engineering team on project tasks and business needs.
- Perform basic design analysis, prepare non‑critical design documents, and deliver engineering outputs according to company standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline) from a recognized university; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 0‑3 years of experience in the oil & gas sector or related design work.
Required skills
- Mechanical and/or piping design knowledge.
- Familiarity with 2D/3D CADD applications and PDS (or equivalent) software.
- Understanding of international codes, standards, and basic engineering processes.
