Graduate Officer - UAE National (Emiratisation)

About the role

A leading organisation in the insurance sector, represented by Intelligent Solutions, is hiring Emirati graduates for a graduate officer position in Dubai. The role is part of an Emiratisation programme offering hands-on experience, professional mentorship and continuous learning, with the aim of building technical, operational and professional capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support assigned business functions through active participation in day-to-day operations and projects
• Assist with documentation, reporting, coordination and administrative activities related to ongoing initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support departmental objectives and business priorities
• Apply knowledge gained through training and development programmes to practical business scenarios
• Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
• Maintain accuracy, professionalism and adherence to internal policies, procedures and quality standards
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders and show a proactive approach to learning and career growth

Required profile

• Emirati with Family Book (Emiratisation role) - mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline - mandatory
• Fresh graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply
• Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Dubai
