About the role

KEO Group is seeking motivated Emirati fresh graduates to join its multidisciplinary teams across engineering, architecture, planning, finance, HR, sustainability and business functions. Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues and multi‑disciplinary design teams on project tasks.
• Assist in project management activities alongside senior staff.
• Prepare designs and reports to a high standard.
• Utilise MS Office tools to support daily work.

Required profile

• UAE national (Emirati) graduate.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Finance, HR, Sustainability, Business).
• 0–2 years of graduate‑level experience.
