Graduate Programme – Information Security Engineer (AppSec)

About the role

Revolut’s Graduate Programme offers a 12‑month, hands‑on experience for recent graduates interested in application security. As an Information Security Engineer (AppSec) graduate, you will work alongside seasoned engineers to protect the company’s products and services from security threats.

Key responsibilities

• Run static (SAST) and dynamic (DAST) security scans to uncover vulnerabilities and OWASP‑related issues.
• Review system configurations and security controls, identifying risks and recommending improvements.
• Document findings from security assessments and collaborate with development teams to support remediation.
• Research emerging security threats and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives within the security team.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (2026‑2027) with a strong interest in application security.
• Willingness to relocate to a Revolut tech hub in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK.
• Ability to work on‑site three days a week (hybrid model) and collaborate across distributed teams.
