Graduate Project Coordinator – Dubai

About the role

Jacobs is looking for a motivated Graduate Project Coordinator to join its Buildings & Logistics team in Dubai. You will work closely with the Project Manager to support the delivery of high‑quality building designs, ensuring safety, sustainability and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and engineers on design development, site visits and documentation.
• Assist in preparing the Project Management Plan and monitor service delivery against it.
• Support the Procurement team in engaging sub‑consultants and tracking their deliverables.
• Provide regular budget updates to the design team and assess supplier performance.
• Report risks and issues to the Project Manager on a regular basis.

Required profile

• BS or MS degree in Architecture or Engineering from a recognised university.
• Strong determination, teamwork and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage client expectations.
• Commercial awareness and ethical compliance when dealing with suppliers.

Required skills

• Knowledge of control principles related to design delivery.
• Basic understanding of procurement and risk reporting processes.
