Graduate Recruitment and Development Coordinator

About the role

Gibson Dunn is seeking a Graduate Recruitment and Development Coordinator to join its international graduate recruitment team. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will support recruitment and development programmes across multiple global offices, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate advertising, marketing materials, merchandise and social media in partnership with the Marketing and Business Development team.
• Build relationships with target universities and organise campus activities, law fairs and profile‑raising events in locations such as Hong Kong, Riyadh, Madrid and Brussels.
• Manage first‑stage interviews, support second‑stage assessments and deliver candidate feedback throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Maintain application tracking systems, record keeping and reporting for all graduate programmes.
• Plan and deliver vacation schemes, summer programmes and the Riyadh Co‑op programme, including scheduling open days and training contracts.
• Work with HR and local office teams to ensure strong onboarding experiences for interns, trainees and secondees.
• Organise trainings, induction schedules and six‑week catch‑ups for incoming trainees, as well as coordinate seat change and qualification processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2‑3 years of experience in early‑career recruitment, preferably within an international firm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal and team skills.
• First‑class prioritisation, organisational abilities and adaptability across multiple time zones.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented approach.
