Graduate Role in Regional Construction Practice

Key responsibilities

• Assist with client portfolio management and day‑to‑day servicing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision makers.
• Support the preparation of client deliverables, including briefing notes, placement documents, coverage summaries, and RFP responses.
• Contribute to client and prospect presentations and attend meetings to support business development.
• Assist in the design and placement of reinsurance programs for large and complex construction projects.

Required profile

• A fresh graduate or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Management or a relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
• High levels of organization, self‑motivation, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and travel across the region when required.
