Graduate Trainee – Business, Arts & Law (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The ADNOC Fresh Graduate Program offers UAE national fresh graduates a structured 12‑month trainee experience across multiple business functions. Participants will rotate through key departments, gaining practical knowledge and exposure to ADNOC's corporate culture.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in rotations covering Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Human Resources, Economics, and various areas of Law (International, Corporate, Political).
• Support day‑to‑day operations and projects within each functional area.
• Engage in competency assessments and performance reviews throughout the program.
• Collaborate with senior staff to deliver real‑world solutions.

Required profile

• UAE national fresh graduate (any discipline within Business, Arts or Law).
• Medical fitness suitable for the work environment.
• Government clearances, including a certificate of good conduct from the Ministry of Interior.
• Successful completion of all entry assessments, interviews, and national service (unless exempted).
