Graduate Trainee – Voyage of Discovery

About the role

The Voyage of Discovery is AD Ports Group’s National Graduate Program designed for ambitious Emirati graduates. It offers a structured 70/20/10 learning approach combining on‑the‑job training, cross‑cluster rotations and formal classroom sessions. Participants will build a solid foundation in the global maritime industry and prepare for future career opportunities within the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the global maritime sector through hands‑on projects.
• Gain competency in your chosen field (Engineering, Business, Finance, Logistics, IT or Environmental Sciences) via on‑the‑job training (70%).
• Rotate across different business clusters to broaden perspective (20%).
• Attend formal educational classes and sessions to reinforce learning (10%).
• Demonstrate core competencies, professional conduct and emotional intelligence in a business environment.
• Collaborate in team settings and contribute to sustainable practices.

Required profile

• UAE national with a family book.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Maximum age of 26 years.
• Completion of National Service for male candidates.
