Grand Vendeur - Fine Jewellery Brand - Dubai

About the role

A prestigious international High Jewellery Maison, represented by Mode Search, is looking for an experienced Senior Sales / Grand Vendeur to join its boutique in Dubai Mall. The role focuses on building a strong local and international client portfolio, driving sales across High Jewellery and core collections and delivering exceptional experiences for ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build, develop and manage a personal client portfolio across local and international clientele
• Drive sales across High Jewellery and core collections
• Identify and develop new clients through networking, referrals and targeted outreach
• Build long-term relationships with UHNW clients through personalised service and regular communication
• Work closely with international teams to maximise cross-market client opportunities
• Support private appointments, boutique events, trunk shows and exclusive client experiences
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records and keep up-to-date presentation, service and product knowledge

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years' experience in luxury retail, fine jewellery or High Jewellery
• Proven experience with UHNW clients in a luxury boutique setting
• Strong existing client book and network, with a proven sales track record
• In-depth knowledge of diamonds and gemstones; GIA certification or equivalent is advantageous but not essential
• Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages are highly advantageous
• Valid work permit/visa required; willingness to travel internationally for client development and events
