Graphic Design Lead

About the role

Parsons is seeking a highly talented Graphic Design Lead to head a dynamic team of 2D and 3D graphic specialists in Abu Dhabi. You will drive the creation of visually compelling design solutions across a wide range of media while upholding brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a creative team, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Lead concept development, from sketch renders to complex reproduction‑ready graphics, motion graphics, and animations.
• Produce sophisticated templates, reports, presentations, brochures, flyers, charts, diagrams, and signage.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Visual Communication or related field.
• 10+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within architecture or engineering.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity development, UI design principles, and advanced typography.
• Excellent project and time management skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Advanced skills in SketchUp and Lumion.
• Solid understanding of UI design principles and typography.
