Graphic Designer (AI‑Accelerated)

About the role

Hyphen is looking for a Graphic Designer who leverages AI to accelerate production while maintaining high‑level design judgment. You will translate strategic briefs into on‑brand visuals across a wide range of client categories, delivering daily social and campaign assets at speed.

Key responsibilities

• Design social statics, carousels, stories, ad creative, decks, menus, print and event graphics for multiple accounts.
• Build and extend brand identities, including logos, colour systems, typography pairings and brand guidelines.
• Create bilingual English/Arabic layouts with equal typographic quality.
• Prepare print‑ready and platform‑ready files to specification.
• Use AI tools to speed moodboards, concept exploration, image generation, editing, up‑scaling and asset variation.
• Develop reusable templates, prompt libraries and automation workflows for each client.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of agency‑side graphic design experience handling several brands simultaneously.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, grid, colour and hierarchy mastery.
• At least one year of proven AI tool usage in client production with documented time savings.
• Fluent in English with clear written communication; Arabic layout experience required.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (expert level).
• Figma and Canva (strong proficiency).
• AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Flux, Firefly, Ideogram).
• AI image editing tools (Photoshop AI, Canva AI, generative fill).
• AI‑driven resizing and batch creation tools (Canva Magic Resize, Figma plugins).
• Basic knowledge of AI video animation tools (Runway, Kling).
