Graphic Designer – Brand & Marketing

About the role

The Graphic Designer will create high‑quality visual assets that bring the Knead brand to life across digital, print and in‑store touchpoints. Working closely with the marketing team, executive chefs and other internal stakeholders, you will ensure a premium, consistent visual experience for all customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing collateral, campaign assets, presentations, menus, packaging, signage and social media graphics.
• Maintain brand consistency by applying KBP’s guidelines to all visual materials and supporting the evolution of brand assets.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Coordinators and chefs to develop creative content for product launches, seasonal offers and events.
• Utilise AI‑powered tools such as Adobe Firefly, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Canva AI and Midjourney to streamline workflows and enhance creative output.
• Prepare production‑ready files for print, digital and large‑format applications, ensuring timely delivery.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communications or branding.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, and strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple design requests and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage or luxury brands is advantageous.
• Ability to work on bilingual English‑Arabic projects is a plus.
