Graphic Designer – Branding & Creative

About the role

Join NAFFCO's Marketing & Branding team to shape distinctive brand identities and creative experiences across digital, print, campaigns and more.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute branding and rebranding concepts, creating visual guidelines, logos, typography systems and colour palettes.
• Produce creative proposals, visual concepts and presentations for campaigns, events, exhibitions and business initiatives.
• Design visual experiences for new brands, product launches, packaging, signage and environmental branding.
• Create high‑quality designs for digital and print applications, preparing production‑ready artwork and maintaining organized design assets.
• Take ownership of projects from concept through delivery, managing deadlines, revisions and cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Branding or related field.
• 3–6 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with branding or rebranding projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity development, creative proposals and campaign concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail, time‑management and ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
