Graphic Designer – Creative Director for Fragrance Brand

About the role

It's an exciting time of growth for IFF, and we are looking for a passionate and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer based in our Dubai offices. The role will act as a Creative Director, designing and developing innovative concepts, campaigns, packaging and collaterals to bring IFF fragrances to life.

Key responsibilities

• Imagine and create concepts such as mood boards, key visuals, storyboards, videos, social content and in‑store displays.
• Design packaging mock‑ups and label graphics.
• Create visually appealing presentations to support customer interactions.
• Conceptualise immersive real‑world brand experiences and stay up‑to‑date on trends (campaigns, AI, packaging, colours, etc.).
• Support the marketing team with projects related to brands, categories and trends.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and knowledge of Premiere Pro/After Effects.
• Strong experience with generative AI tools for visual and video creation, including prompting, art‑directing and refining outputs.
• Good understanding of print production and a strong portfolio in beauty, luxury or advertising.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
