Graphic Designer – Digital Creative

About the role

Think Orion is a fast‑growing digital agency focused on education. We are looking for a hands‑on Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into scroll‑stopping creative across short‑form video, performance ads, social content, motion graphics, and campaign assets.

Key responsibilities

• Create static visual assets for paid and organic social, digital ads, landing pages, client campaigns, and internal marketing.
• Turn briefs, hooks, and strategic direction into polished, engaging designs.
• Design performance ad creatives, carousels, thumbnails, banners, presentations, and other campaign assets.
• Adapt concepts to platform‑specific formats for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, etc.
• Apply client brand systems consistently while keeping work fresh and modern.
• Collaborate with strategists, media buyers, video editors, motion designers, and project leads.
• Manage projects from brief to final delivery, incorporating feedback and organizing files.
• Support simple motion graphics, animated assets, or light video editing when needed.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in an agency, studio, freelance, or fast‑paced marketing environment.
• Strong graphic design fundamentals: typography, layout, composition, branding, color, and digital‑first design.
• Portfolio demonstrating static design work for social media, paid ads, campaign visuals, carousels, landing pages, or thumbnails.
• Good understanding of social‑first creative across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads.
