Graduate Trainee – Visual Content Designer (UAE Nationals)

About the role

This graduate trainee position supports internal communications by creating engaging visual content that aligns with the company’s brand and corporate objectives, helping employees stay informed, engaged and connected.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative visuals based on briefs and content provided by the Communications Officer.
• Use Adobe Suite and Blender to produce high‑quality, professional visual assets.
• Ensure all visual content reflects the company’s brand identity and reinforces internal engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Communications team to support campaigns, announcements and internal messaging.
• Continuously explore new creative approaches to improve visual communication and employee engagement.

Required profile

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proficient in visual design software such as Blender and Adobe Suite.
• Strong creative and storytelling abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills in English to accurately convey messages.
• Maintain a portfolio that showcases relevant design work.
