Graphic Designer for Luxury Hospitality Club

About the role

The First Group Hospitality’s exclusive private members' club in Abu Dhabi is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer. You will support the club’s brand, marketing, events, and member communications by producing high‑quality visual content that reflects its luxury positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital, print, social media, event, campaign, and member communication materials.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, menus, invitations, presentations, signage, and advertisements.
• Produce engaging social media graphics in line with brand guidelines.
• Support creative needs for VIP events, seasonal campaigns, partnerships, and special experiences.
• Maintain visual identity consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Membership, Events, F&B, and Operations teams.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, printers, agencies, and external suppliers.
• Prepare artwork and files for professional printing and digital publication.
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines while ensuring brand standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field.
• 2‑3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, or premium brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design across digital and print platforms.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience creating social media content, marketing collateral, event materials, and print‑ready artwork.
