Project Manager – Hospitality Design

About the role

DiLeonardo, a global leader in hospitality design, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive creative processes, ensure projects meet brief, budget, and schedule, and uphold design excellence across worldwide locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a dynamic design team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Develop functional, cutting‑edge designs using advanced space‑planning expertise.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization to maintain profitability.
• Coordinate with construction teams, clients, architects, engineers, and sub‑consultants to ensure design integrity and compliance with codes.
• Communicate project progress clearly to clients and proactively address risks.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in hospitality, high‑end residential or mixed‑use interior design.
• Proven leadership, team management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English with strong client‑facing communication skills.
• Willingness to travel globally for design meetings and presentations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
• Strong space‑planning capabilities and comprehensive understanding of hotel design and construction processes.
