Graphic Designer – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

As a Graphic Designer at Banyan Tree Dubai, you will play a key role in bringing the Banyan Tree brand to life through compelling and visually engaging creative work across the resort. Working closely with the Marketing & Communications team, you will develop assets for digital, social media, print, events, guest communications and on‑property touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality creative assets for digital, social media, print, events and on‑property communications while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Create artwork for campaigns, promotions, menus, collateral and internal communications that reflect the resort’s luxury, wellbeing and sustainability positioning.
• Produce engaging visual content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, email marketing and digital advertising.
• Design and prepare print collateral such as brochures, flyers, signage and guest directories, coordinating with external printers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Food & Beverage, Spa, Rooms and other departments to understand creative requirements and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Maintain a well‑organized library of assets, templates and brand materials and ensure all outputs are proof‑read and quality‑checked before release.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in luxury hospitality, lifestyle or a creative agency.
• Degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital and print media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
