Graphic Designer – Luxury Hotel Marketing

About the role

The Graphic Designer will create high‑quality, on‑brand visual content that supports Fairmont Bab Al Bahr’s marketing, communications and revenue goals. Working within the Marketing & Communications team, you will translate campaign briefs into compelling print and digital assets that reflect the hotel’s luxury identity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, menus, signage and in‑room directories for all hotel outlets.
• Create digital assets for social media, website, e‑newsletters, OTA listings and digital signage, optimizing each for its platform.
• Develop artwork for seasonal promotions and festive campaigns in coordination with F&B, Spa and Rooms teams.
• Manage relationships with external printers and vendors to ensure quality, timely delivery and budget compliance.
• Support basic photo and video shoots, including editing, retouching and light video editing for social content.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
• 2–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or an agency serving hospitality clients.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital design work.
• Experience with international hotel brand standards is an advantage.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (optional).
• Proficiency with Canva and PowerPoint/Keynote for quick‑turn internal decks.
• Understanding of print production processes (CMYK, Pantone, bleed, paper stock).
• Basic photography and video editing skills for social media content.
