Graphic Designer – Marketing Campaigns (Full‑Time)

About the role

M&D Real Estate is looking for a Graphic Designer to join its in‑house marketing team. You will translate marketing briefs into complete visual campaigns across digital, social, print and event channels for property launches and developer partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop campaign key visuals and adapt concepts for digital, social, paid media and website assets.
• Apply and maintain the company’s visual identity while respecting developer brand guidelines.
• Prepare print‑ready artwork, large‑format files and perform final checks before production.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, floor‑plan presentations and event invitations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in agency, real‑estate or premium‑brand environments.
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field (preferred).
• Strong conceptual thinking, excellent visual taste and high attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret briefs independently, manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
