Graphic Designer – Marketing & Real Estate

About the role

The Graphic Designer will create high‑impact visual communication for marketing, sales and corporate channels, focusing on premium real‑estate positioning. The role requires fast‑paced work, cross‑functional collaboration and the use of both traditional design tools and AI‑assisted workflows. During peak periods, occasional extended hours may be needed to meet business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop marketing and sales collateral such as brochures, decks and fact sheets.
• Maintain brand consistency across project identities, gifting experiences and visual assets.
• Conceptualise and execute creative campaigns, digital, motion and emerging media pieces.
• Optimise workflows using AI‑powered design tools.
• Collaborate with printers, photographers, videographers and CGI teams to ensure production quality.
• Research trends and continuously improve design processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
• 3–6 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in real‑estate, luxury or hospitality sectors.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high‑end marketing collateral, social‑media creatives and brand‑system designs.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Proven ability to prepare print‑ready files and work with printers on large‑format and OOH productions.
• Experience designing for digital channels and familiarity with AI‑assisted design tools.
• Excellent English; Arabic is an advantage.
