Graphic Designer – Real Estate Marketing

About the role

As a Graphic Designer you will be the creative force behind the visual content that brings Forsa Properties' listings, campaigns, and brand to life. You will work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to produce polished, on‑brand visuals across digital and print for luxury off‑plan and secondary market properties.

Key responsibilities

• Design property brochures, listing sheets, and portfolio presentations for off‑plan and secondary market properties.
• Create engaging social media creatives and campaign assets for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Design digital ad creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and portal‑boosted placements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral, including email templates and investor pitch decks.
• Produce signage, banners, and print materials for roadshows, exhibitions, and open‑house events.
• Ensure property advertisements meet Trakheesi/RERA compliance requirements.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in real estate or property marketing within the UAE.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, print, and brand design.
• Ability to manage multiple design requests and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with RERA/DLD advertising requirements is an advantage.
