Graphic Designer & Video Editor

About the role

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our marketing team and produce visual and video content for our real‑estate brands. The role covers social media, digital advertising, property marketing, events and performance marketing, delivering both static creatives and short‑form videos.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels, stories, banners and digital ads for platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Create property brochures, flyers, presentations, project profiles and other marketing collateral.
• Produce and edit Instagram Reels, TikTok clips, YouTube Shorts and Meta video ads, adding hooks, transitions, text animations, subtitles and motion graphics.
• Adapt creatives into multiple formats and dimensions for A/B testing and performance campaigns.
• Collaborate with performance‑marketing and broader marketing teams to align creatives with campaign objectives and lead‑generation goals.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in real‑estate, luxury, hospitality or a similar premium consumer‑facing sector.
• Portfolio that demonstrates both graphic‑design and video‑editing work.
• Ability to take a brief and independently develop concept, visual direction, design, editing and final assets ready for each platform.
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to meet tight deadlines.
