Graphic Designer / Videographer & Video Editor

About the role

Join Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island to bring resort experiences to life through compelling design, photography and video. Working closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications, you will create content across print, digital and social platforms to drive awareness, engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and translate briefs into visual content for print, digital and social media.
• Design brochures, menus, advertisements, signage, email graphics and digital screen assets.
• Plan and execute video and photography shoots covering accommodation, dining, wellness, events and guest experiences.
• Edit videos for social media, campaigns and websites, including colour correction, grading, audio editing and subtitling.
• Create motion graphics, animated typography and promotional animations for digital displays.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graphic design, videography and video editing, preferably in hospitality or a creative agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design, original video shooting and motion graphics.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with ability to handle multiple projects.
• Flexibility to support shoots and events, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (including colour grading and audio post‑production)
• Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects
• Adobe Lightroom for photography post‑production
• Camera operation, composition, lighting, sound recording and stabilisation equipment
• Production of vertical, square and landscape video formats
• AI‑assisted creative tools such as Adobe Firefly
• Basic knowledge of Blender or Cinema 4D (advantage)
• HTML, CSS and digital asset optimisation (advantage)
