Graphics Designer

About the role

Nehish IT Consulting Services L.L.C-FZ is hiring a full-time Graphics Designer. The designer creates visuals for digital and print media and works closely with marketing and branding teams to keep the visual style consistent.

Key responsibilities

• Create graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website assets, banners, brochures, presentations, ads, packaging and more.
• Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to develop design concepts aligned with the brand's identity.
• Keep visuals consistent in style, quality and tone of voice.
• Revise designs according to feedback and project needs.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools and technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts or a related field (preferred but not always mandatory with a strong portfolio).
• 1-3 years of experience for junior to mid-level roles; 4-7 years for senior roles or creative leads.
• Ability to manage several projects and meet deadlines.
• Creativity, attention to detail, strong communication and teamwork, and ability to take constructive feedback.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects, etc.)
• Figma, Canva, Sketch or CorelDRAW depending on the company's workflow
• Typography, colour theory and layout design
• Basic UI/UX knowledge (optional, preferred for digital roles)
• Printing processes and specifications (for print roles)
• Preferred: motion graphics and video editing, branding or advertising agency experience, basic HTML/CSS, e-commerce or mobile app design experience
