Ground Operations Agent Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day ground operations, ensuring efficient execution of field activities in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily field operations and ensure activities follow operational plans and company standards.
• Manage and coordinate drivers, crew and operational staff to optimise deployment and productivity.
• Monitor attendance, shift schedules, vehicle deployment and manpower requirements.
• Ensure operational tasks are completed safely, efficiently and within required timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, supervisors and internal departments to address operational requirements and concerns.
• Monitor team performance, enforce compliance with HSE policies and conduct regular site visits.
• Handle operational issues and liaise with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Prepare and maintain daily operational reports, attendance records and related documentation.
• Oversee proper utilisation and maintenance of vehicles, equipment and other resources.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations supervision, preferably in waste management, facilities management or logistics.
• Proven experience managing drivers, field teams and workforce coordination.
• Strong communication and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
