Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the role

The Group Chief Financial Officer will join the Executive Leadership Team of Bin Fadel Holding and its subsidiaries, driving financial strategy, governance and performance across the organisation. Reporting to the Chairman, the CFO will ensure robust financial planning, risk management and sustainable profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group’s financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance management for all subsidiaries.
• Oversee preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE regulations, tax and corporate governance standards.
• Manage treasury operations, cash‑flow planning, banking relationships and financing activities.
• Monitor working capital, capital expenditures and investment performance.
• Lead financial due diligence, M&A, business valuations and investment assessments.
• Establish internal controls, risk‑management frameworks and finance policies.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the Board and Executive Management.
• Drive digital transformation and process‑improvement initiatives within finance.
• Oversee external audits and relationships with auditors, banks and authorities.
• Mentor and develop finance teams across the Group.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, CFA or CMA) – required.
• MBA or Master’s in Finance – preferred.
• Minimum 15 years progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a Group CFO, CFO or Finance Director role within a diversified holding company.
