Group Chief Financial Officer

About the role

We are conducting a highly confidential search for a Group Chief Financial Officer to join a large, diversified consumer‑focused organization headquartered in the United Arab Emirates. The role will shape the Group’s financial strategy, governance and performance across multiple businesses and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance agenda, including financial planning & analysis, budgeting, reporting, governance and controls, capital allocation, financial risk management and audit.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and business heads, driving stronger financial performance and sustainable EBITDA growth.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience with senior leadership in a large, complex, multi‑business or multinational environment.
• Strong FMCG/consumer goods background or equivalent large‑scale consumer business experience.
• Proven ability to partner with CEOs, Boards, shareholders and senior executive teams.
