Group Exercise & Wellness Manager

About the role

FitnGlam, a women-led fitness community offering world-class facilities, expert coaches and boutique classes, is looking for an energetic and experienced Group Exercise and Wellness Manager in Abu Dhabi. The role aims to grow class attendance, strengthen member engagement and deliver exceptional fitness experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an average class capacity of at least 85%
• Enhance member satisfaction, engagement and retention
• Uphold FitnGlam's coaching and service standards
• Deliver innovative, high-quality group exercise sessions
• Support club events and wellness workshops
• Build strong relationships with members
• Lead, mentor and develop the service team
• Collaborate across teams to improve programmes and experiences
• Maintain relevant training and certifications

Required profile

• At least three years' experience in group fitness management
• Group fitness and customer-care experience
• Proactive, organised and target-driven approach
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Genuine passion for fitness and outstanding service
