Group Human Resources Director (People & Culture)

About the role

The Group Human Resources Director (People & Culture) will lead JAP’s talent strategy across all jurisdictions, ensuring the right people are in the right roles and delivering measurable hiring and performance outcomes. This senior leadership position blends strategic design with hands‑on execution to support rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment pipelines, employer branding and talent systems for all approved headcount.
• Achieve defined hiring metrics: 30‑day offer time, 60‑day productivity, 80%+ A‑player hire rate, and >85% offer acceptance.
• Implement and maintain KPI scorecards for 100% of employees, ensuring quarterly performance reviews are completed on time.
• Drive performance improvement plans for under‑performers and train line managers in KPI setting and performance conversations.
• Monitor and improve culture metrics, targeting voluntary attrition below 10% and an eNPS of 85+.
• Report quarterly talent and culture analytics to the Executive Committee.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience in a multi‑jurisdictional environment.
• Track record of delivering measurable hiring outcomes and enforcing performance systems.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable plans.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including direct interaction with CEOs and senior executives.
