Group Marketing Manager

About the role

The Group Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy for Maa Althahab’s portfolio of fragrance brands across all markets. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure consistent brand positioning, drive growth, and support sales objectives through effective campaigns and product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and monitor the Group Marketing Strategy, annual plans and budgets for every market.
• Analyse market dynamics, consumer behaviour and competitive landscape to uncover growth opportunities.
• Lead Brand Managers and Marketing Managers, overseeing daily marketing operations and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Create the annual promotions and discount calendar in partnership with the Sales team.
• Plan, execute and track marketing campaigns and promotional activities tailored to each country’s insights and business needs.
• Develop brand promotion strategies to enhance awareness, positioning and long‑term equity.
• Prepare media and communication plans and ensure consistent execution across all regions.
• Drive new product launches with comprehensive go‑to‑market plans.
• Monitor budgets, measure campaign performance against KPIs and provide regular performance reports to executive management.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing multi‑brand, multi‑country marketing functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate market data into actionable strategies.
• Proven leadership skills in recruiting, coaching and developing marketing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Track record of successful product launches and campaign ROI optimisation.
