Group Reservations Agent – Luxury Hotel Internship

About the role

Join the Revenue and Reservations team at FIVE Hotels and Resorts in Dubai as a Group Reservations Agent intern. You will support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences across award‑winning lifestyle destinations while gaining hands‑on exposure to luxury hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing group bookings and reservations for multiple hotel properties.
• Provide accurate information to guests and stakeholders via phone, email, and booking platforms.
• Collaborate with the reservations and revenue teams to ensure seamless guest journeys.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the property management system and online travel agencies.
• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Required profile

• Driven self‑starter with excellent communication, leadership and organisational abilities.
• Creative, detail‑oriented thinker who can work proactively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Outgoing and approachable personality, able to engage guests and internal teams.
• Fluent, accent‑neutral English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with hotel PMS, specifically Opera.
• Familiarity with call‑centre platforms, preferably Genesys.
• Knowledge of Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and related hotel systems.
