Group Training Manager

About the role

PureHealth is looking for a Group Training Manager to design and deliver high‑impact, face‑to‑face training programmes for clinical and non‑clinical staff across its hospital network in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Chief Patient Experience Officer, you will shape learning strategies that drive operational excellence and elevate the patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑wide, in‑person training initiatives across multiple hospital sites.
• Partner with senior leadership and clinical stakeholders to identify performance gaps and design tailored interventions.
• Develop immersive training materials and guides that embed a culture of continuous improvement.
• Equip doctors, nurses and frontline staff with behavioural and service skills for high‑quality patient interactions.
• Act as a change agent and culture champion, fostering engagement and accountability.
• Monitor and refine training effectiveness to ensure sustained impact and alignment with strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Background in hospitality, healthcare operations or corporate training with a proven record of transforming organisational learning.
• Experience working with both clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders, preferably within healthcare environments.
• 5+ years leading high‑visibility training initiatives in complex, multi‑site organisations.
• Exceptional presentation, facilitation and stakeholder‑engagement skills, able to influence senior clinical audiences.
• Hands‑on, results‑oriented and comfortable delivering training directly in operational and clinical settings.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
