Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead brand and growth marketing strategy for a consumer wellness brand across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The role will drive customer acquisition, retention and overall business growth while working closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand and growth marketing strategies for the UAE and Saudi markets.
• Oversee performance marketing, social media, influencer campaigns and partnership initiatives.
• Manage external agencies and internal marketing teams to ensure high‑quality execution.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth through data‑driven tactics.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to scale the business and strengthen the brand.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in brand, growth or digital marketing within DTC, e‑commerce or consumer brands.
• Proven track record in performance marketing, social media, content, influencer marketing and CRM.
• Experience managing agencies, marketing teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the UAE and Saudi consumer markets.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
