Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist (Mid-level) – Remote

About the role

Usturnalar, a Dubai‑based digital agency, is looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise performance campaigns for a diverse client portfolio. You will manage a combined monthly media budget of around $500K and own campaigns from account structure to reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and programmatic platforms.
• Design and maintain Google Ads account structures (SKAG and beyond) tailored to specific goals.
• Own lead‑generation and CRM funnel metrics, tracking Reach Rate, Interest Rate, Conversion Rate, CPL and CAC.
• Write clear creative briefs for design and content teams.
• Conduct A/B tests and CRO initiatives to improve landing‑page performance.
• Manage the $500K monthly media budget, meeting ROAS/CPA/CAC targets across multiple accounts.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports using GA4, GTM and Looker Studio.
• Present results and strategic recommendations directly to clients.
• Collaborate with creative, sales and account‑management teams and stay updated on industry trends.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads and familiarity with PPC and paid‑social channels.
• Strong understanding of lead‑generation and CRM metrics.
• Advanced written and spoken English for client communication.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and budgets simultaneously.
• Self‑driven learner who follows platform updates and industry research.
