Growth & Proposals Coordinator – Infrastructure & Built Environment

About the role

The Growth & Proposals Coordinator supports KBR's Infrastructure & Built Environment growth team in Dubai. The role ensures high‑quality pursuit content, knowledge resources, and seamless administrative support for proposals and leadership updates.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate development, maintenance, and quality review of resumes, project descriptions, presentations, and other growth materials.
• Manage growth portals, opportunity records, and stakeholder engagement to enable timely and accurate submissions.
• Capture lessons learned from pursuits and support their application to future opportunities.
• Organise meetings, review sessions, and opportunity discussions, handling schedules, materials, actions, and logistics.
• Partner with the Growth Enablement team on proposals, ensuring alignment with processes, standards, and deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2‑5 years of experience in coordination, business development, marketing, communications or proposal support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential and commercially sensitive information responsibly.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and presentation/document‑production tools.
• Familiarity with growth platforms, CRM systems, document repositories, or knowledge‑management tools.
