GTM Recruiter - Middle East

About the role

ElevenLabs is looking for a GTM Recruiter to join its global Talent team. The role owns the full recruiting lifecycle for the Go-to-Market organization, working with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships and Revenue Operations leaders to hire talent that drives the business. It works alongside GTM Sourcers to define role strategy, design candidate experiences and deliver strong hires across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, from early-stage hires to senior leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships and Revenue Operations.
• Partner with GTM leadership to refine role requirements, set hiring strategy and identify success signals.
• Work with GTM Sourcers on sourcing plays, including market mapping, talent pools and targeted pipelines across regions.
• Manage candidate pipelines across global time zones with a focus on efficiency, transparency and a high-touch experience.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, giving market insights, role benchmarks and data-driven recommendations.
• Represent ElevenLabs externally with candidates.

Required profile

• Proven full-cycle GTM recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth technology environments (~3+ years); experience recruiting quota-carrying roles and a sales background are a plus.
• Track record of closing high-caliber talent in Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships or Revenue Operations.
• Comfortable handling high volume and complex roles with multiple search priorities.
• Strong partnership skills and exceptional communication.
• Thrives in fast-paced, remote-first environments and across time zones.
• Regional specialization or experience in the Middle East is a bonus; Arabic is a plus.
