About the role
The Guest Arrival Expert (Bellman) creates memorable first and last impressions for guests at Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort. The role involves guiding guests through arrival and departure, handling operational needs, and delivering personalized service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and local area information.
- Process operational tasks, guest requests, and complete required reports.
- Maintain a safe, professional workplace while adhering to company policies.
- Perform physical duties such as lifting objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
