About the role
First impressions are everything. As a Guest Arrival Expert (Doorman) you will create memorable welcome and farewell experiences for guests at St. Regis Dubai, guiding them through arrival and departure while delivering personalized service.
Key responsibilities
- Guide guests during arrival and departure, ensuring a unique and memorable experience.
- Process operational needs, respond to guest requests, prepare reports and share local area highlights.
- Assist with luggage handling and coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets and upholding confidentiality.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting objects up to 50 lb and moving items with assistance as needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle physical tasks safely.
