Guest Experience Agent / Receptionist

About the role

Join JA The Resort in Dubai as a Guest Experience Agent and Receptionist, where every arrival is crafted into a memorable story. You will be the first point of contact, creating warm, personalized experiences for guests from around the world.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality, delivering exceptional first and last impressions.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful solutions before they are requested.
• Act as the trusted liaison in the resort lobby, offering information, assistance, and memorable service.
• Promote resort experiences, loyalty programs, and special occasion services, including VIP arrivals.
• Collaborate with resort teams to ensure a seamless guest journey and turn feedback into opportunities to exceed expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, guest relations, front office, or a similar guest‑facing role.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional Russian, German, or French language abilities are highly valued.
• Confident, warm, and service‑oriented personality thriving in a dynamic luxury environment.
• Familiarity with hotel systems such as Protel is an advantage.
