About the role

The Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai is hiring a full-time, non-management Guest Experience Expert within its Rooms & Guest Services Operations. The role goes beyond simple check-in and check-out: it builds a memorable, unique guest experience by proactively delivering a wide range of services throughout the stay.

Key responsibilities

• Process operational needs and address guest requests
• Complete reports and share highlights of the local area
• Assist guests with loading and unloading vehicles
• Transport luggage to and from guest rooms and/or the designated bell area
• Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
• Keep a safe workplace and uphold quality standards, with professional appearance and communication
• Work on your feet and move through narrow, confined or elevated spaces and stairs or service ramps
• Lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance, and reach overhead and below the knees

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• No related work experience required
• No supervisory experience required
• No license or certification required
