About the role
The Guest Experience Expert delivers memorable and unique experiences for hotel guests throughout their stay. This role involves a hands‑on approach, moving around the property to address operational needs, guest requests, and provide local area highlights.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational tasks and complete reports related to guest services.
- Address guest requests promptly and assist with luggage loading/unloading.
- Share local area highlights and guide guests through the property.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 100 lb with assistance.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets, and uphold quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
