About the role
Our Guest Experience Experts create memorable, personalized stays for hotel guests. They guide visitors through every step of their visit, from check‑in to check‑out, ensuring a smooth and unique experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services, including processing operational needs and addressing guest requests.
- Prepare and submit reports, share local area highlights, and assist with luggage handling and vehicle loading/unloading.
- Move throughout the property, navigating stairs, ramps, and confined spaces while maintaining safety standards.
- Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb unaided (up to 100 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
