About the role

Our Guest Experience Experts create memorable, personalized stays for hotel guests. They guide visitors through every step of their visit, from check‑in to check‑out, ensuring a smooth and unique experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services, including processing operational needs and addressing guest requests.
• Prepare and submit reports, share local area highlights, and assist with luggage handling and vehicle loading/unloading.
• Move throughout the property, navigating stairs, ramps, and confined spaces while maintaining safety standards.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb unaided (up to 100 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
