About the role
The Guest Experience Expert ensures every guest enjoys a memorable and unique stay at Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort. This role is focused on delivering seamless service throughout the guest journey, from arrival to departure, while representing the brand’s high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out and throughout their stay, addressing requests promptly.
- Process operational needs, complete reports and share local area highlights.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets and uphold quality standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting and carrying objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- Fluency in Russian and English.
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods and perform hands‑on duties.
