Guest Experience Supervisor

About the role

The Guest Experience Supervisor ensures smooth and secure guest check‑ins, manages room assignments, and activates key cards while maintaining accurate guest accounts. The role also handles Marriott Rewards enrollment, verifies rates, processes payments, and prepares daily cash and closing reports.

Key responsibilities

• Process all guest check‑ins, verify identity, payment method, assign rooms and issue keys.
• Enter and manage Marriott Rewards information and ensure market‑rate compliance.
• Compile, review and file daily reports, contingency lists, cashier and closing reports.
• Handle all payment types, vouchers, paid‑outs, balance receipts and secure the bank at shift start/end.
• Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any theft reports and follow accounting procedures.
• Assist management with training, evaluating, counseling and coaching team members.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related guest‑service experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.
