Guest Experience Supervisor

About the role

Marriott Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Guest Experience Supervisor in Abu Dhabi. The role covers front desk operations such as check-in, payments and billing, as well as supporting the team and handling guest requests.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins: verify identity and payment method, assign rooms, activate and issue room keys, and set up accurate accounts.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information, ensure rates match market codes and document exceptions, and secure payment before issuing keys.
• Verify and adjust billing, process payments, vouchers, paid-outs and charges, balance and drop receipts, and complete cashier and closing reports.
• Compile and review daily reports, logs and contingency lists, and supply guests with directions and property information.
• Follow up on guest requests and notify Loss Prevention/Security of theft reports.
• Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling and coaching staff, and act as a role model for the Open Door Policy.
• Support team goals, handle employee concerns, and follow company policies, safety procedures and confidentiality rules.
• Welcome guests, assist people with disabilities, use clear professional language, and operate POS systems.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Able to stand, sit or walk for long periods and lift objects up to 10 pounds.
