Guest Relations Agent

About the role

The Guest Relations Agent ensures a seamless and memorable experience for VIP guests at an Accor hotel. You will manage arrivals, departures, and all guest interactions with a focus on personalized service and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare VIP arrivals, including room allocation, amenities, welcome drinks, and registration cards.
• Register and process check‑in/check‑out for VIP guests efficiently and professionally.
• Handle cashiering duties, foreign exchange transactions, night‑audit tasks, and settlement at departure.
• Manage walk‑in and phone reservations when the reservation desk is closed.
• Issue and control guest room key cards, ensuring security.
• Deliver messages, mail, and packages to guest rooms promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, bell desk, and transport services for VIP needs.
• Maintain front‑office cleanliness, log books, and daily reports.
• Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel front‑office or guest relations, preferably with VIP clientele.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional demeanor and a courteous approach to guest service.
